My journey to becoming a counsellor and coach has been shaped by both professional background and personal understanding. With experience in the corporate world, I bring practical insight into workplace dynamics and career challenges. As a mum balancing family life and work, I understand the challenges of finding balance in today's demanding world. My own experience of receiving a late AuDHD (Autism & ADHD) diagnosis has deepened my appreciation for how differently we each experience and interact with the world. This personal journey has enhanced my ability to work with a wide range of clients, offering an approach that respects and adapts to different perspectives and experiences.
Through my humanistic integrative practice, I combine therapeutic insight with practical coaching strategies, creating a unique space where clients can explore their challenges while developing concrete tools for moving forward. My approach draws on multiple modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy (PC), Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), allowing me to adapt my support to each client's specific needs.
